NEW - CC007H F (Felt Roof)

The CC007HF is new to our range this year! this very popular design of chicken coop now comes with a felt roof for lower maintenance.

The overall dimensions are 100cm x 124cm (includes overhangs and nest box). Great value house with three perches, treble nest box and pull out cleaning tray, suitable for up to 9 hens (size dependent)

This unit is supplied flat packed for easy home assembly.

Treatment - Although this product comes treated from the factory we recommend treating again within a month of assembly or if its winter ideally before use, with a good quality preserver ideally an oil / solvent based product like Barrattine, repeat once or twice a year as necessary, this will protect the wood and help avoid mould spores forming in damp winter weather.

Poor quality

I expected better quality to be honest. It is poor quality soft wood. The instructions weren't great and the tray doesn't fit properly. I thought I'd steered away from the really cheap versions, but this was no better. I've treated it and it will do a turn, but I think the chickens will outlast their house!

New home for the Girls

So pleased I purchased this house for my chickens. It might say budget range but the construction is strong and sturdy. Instructions to build straight forward and easy to follow. It looks brilliant. Girls loved it straight away. Great price with exceptionally quick delivery. Love it.

My girls love it!

My 5 girls now have their summer pasture area and hen house. Easy to assemble and looks stable.Plenty of room in the nesting area. I added handles either side so that 2 of us could move it across the pasture. Totally recommend.
