Huge Value, great quality, metal runs

Metal Run 3m x 6m x 2.2m 38mm Tubes, with surface coating.

Simple bolt together design, suitable for all pets.

There is a large door for easy access with a covered section. A green cover to help protect against the weather is supplied, extra covers available on our site to cover the complete roof.

Standard 20mm hole chicken mesh provided which is metal then coated in dark green pvc to blend in with your setting and provide strong weather resistance to rust.

Quality control issues on components

Assembly of the frame would have straight forward , however a number of the pole ends were damaged and had to be hand shaped to allow a round pole to fit. In addition the wire to knit the netting together should have been on a spool rather than loosely wound as well as being of a thicker guage to avoid contant kinking when in use.

Disappointed

Arrived on time, but there was damage to the ends of tubing. We ordered 38mm as we wanted a robust structure, but we were disappointed with the captivated nuts on 5 of the junction points as these weren't welded properly, so they detached with little pressure. Rectified by drilling through pipe joint + fitting pan head bolts in place. Not impressed with green wire. Very flimsy + not fox proof. This chicken run wasn't cheap, and was not worth the money.

Just what we needed

Good quailty. Worth paying the extra for the heavy duty frame. Extra tarpaulin sheets advisable. Takes time to build properly but worth the effort.

Happy hens

Hens are loving their new run it’s also making my job of caring for them much easier due to the height room, the structure is solid and plenty strong chicken wire to cover
Delivery was very prompt.
The only problem I had was that the instructions weren’t enough but we managed to work it out
I still give it 5 ⭐️

Well made and although some built time is needed it is strong structure.
