Metal Chicken Run 4m x 3m 38mm frame - 38mm FRAME

This is the third chicken run I have from the Chicken House Company. They are excellent quality and look to be very durable. There were some parts missing from this latest order due to the delivery company losing a box. I expected a long drawn out process to get replacements. I was surprised to have my complaint answered within an hour of raising it and further surprised that I dealt with the same person throughout so there was no repetition of what was missing. The missing parts were received by me within three days. 10 out of 10 from me for such a swift response and superb customer service.

I have put together several walk-in runs now, both at home and on the charity farm where I work, all from different companies. This one was by far the best quality of any of them.

I’m so pleased with the chicken run. It was quick and easy to build the frame. Putting the wire on was a bit more time consuming and we used a lot more cable ties than provided, but that was our choice to make it that extra bit secure as we live in the countryside with foxes and weasels. Customer service was great! I didn’t realise, when I ordered, that the 4x3 was delayed delivery, and as our chickens were arriving before the run would be delivered they sent out the 6m run at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them for any chicken related things I might need in the future.

A great product. I chose these runs because they fitted in terms of look & size with my existing run and as Avian Flu is obviously going to be an annual event I needed something more permanent than the nets, tarpaulins and bungee cords that I had rigged in previous years.

The runs arrived on Wednesday morning and I had put the frames together by the end of the day. A simple and straight forward task aided by the fact that the doors come built and ready to fit. Thursday and Friday involved fitting the chicken wire and then moving them into position, pegging them down and fitting the supplied green sun shades. The chickens love them too.
